A visionary global business leader with a passion for developing future leaders, and co-founder of MiYA Insurance Solutions. Gordon currently serves as a senior advisor to the AXA Group, and chairs and sits on a number of AXA Boards. He was previously CEO of AXA Asia & Africa, where he led operations across 18 countries and held global responsibilities for inclusive insurance. Gordon was member of AXA Management Committee.

Prior to AXA, he worked at AIA as Regional Chief Executive and held CEO positions at AIG Life Companies in Japan and Korea, plus Global Executive Vice Chair of Alico (now Metlife). He has held numerous executive leadership positions in London, New York, Nairobi, Dubai, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hong Kong.

Gordon sits on the OneMind Board, co-developed the Mental Health at Work Index with Columbia University, and is the founding Chair of Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong. Gordon founded LIFTwomen to support female entrepreneurs. He also co-founded the World Flourishing Organization focused on workplace wellness. Gordon holds an MBA, FCII and FCIM certifications, and recently completed a master's degree in Global Mental Health from the University of Glasgow. He is a Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute certified coach.

Howard is a Founding Partner at MiYA Insurance Solutions. He previously spent 7+ years as co-head of the US Venture Capital platform at Mubadala Capital, managing fundraising, fund formation, and transaction execution including private financings, M&A, and IPO exits. Before venture capital, he worked as a lawyer, serving as Partner at Hogan Lovells and Heller Ehrman, specializing in securities litigation and corporate governance.

Howard served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at The Founders Fund, overseeing legal operations for the $2Bn+ AUM firm. Howard also worked at Scenic Advisement, a boutique investment bank focused on secondary market liquidity for late-stage technology companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, with Series 7 and 63 licenses and bar admissions in California and New York.

Terrence is the Chief Insurance Officer of MiYA Insurance Solutions.

Terrence brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience with leading global insurers and advisory firms. Spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, he has a strong history of managing diverse teams, overseeing substantial budgets, and leading cross-functional business transformations across the insurance value chain.

Prior to MiYA, Terrence led Life, Health, and Annuity profit centers for AIG in numerous Asia markets. He served as Chief Actuary and Head of Products, Technology, and Operations for MetLife in the Middle East and Africa. Terrence was the chief executive responsible for AIA Vitality, the largest wellness platform integrated with life insurance in APAC. Most recently, he was a Senior Advisor to McKinsey and led strategic partnerships at Ameritas.

Terrence is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
